venomlord1 Posted July 31, 2015 Author Posted July 31, 2015 (edited) Yes, I figured you have to be on Mending Fences quest to get this thingie to drop. So I leveled a toon which hasnt completed Mending Fences yet and it dropped while I was on it. I hoped it'll fix the phasing issues the entire zone has, yet it didn't. So basically the quests achievement for the zone is not obtainable as of today because you can't talk to Njsomething guy who's supposed to be next to Fjorn's Anvil and you can't complete the quest chain which starts with Forging an Alliance. The first quests achievement that's unobtainable and I've stumbled upon. Keep up the good work, Pandawow. There are tons of pretty and hard to do quests you've scripted(although there are more which are so fucked up you have to do amazing things to complete them).
