Problem with account

Okay so basicly this happends for me few times, cuz i deactivated my hotmail by mistake on padnawow account: nakoto123, basicly few people are using somehow my old email and get my information, i just whant to change the email i have proof that the accout is mine i can tell you my phone number that i've spend 200 euros on my account, and so on.... i can show you picture that the account is mine from web-site the guy who keeps going into my account and deleting the chars is a total asshole i can just change my char but that is not my pounts i have 100 rare mounts from site.... and some other weps, pls gm's help me plsss!!!

I doubt GM's will help you with that, however you can make a new account and transfer character from this account to the new one for 200 bonuses. It should transfer everything learned obtained by that character, items in bank character bound mounts and such.
