Transefered from ally to horde and one item bugged

Hey i just transferred my druid from ally to horde. When i logged in i did see one item i cant equip and saw my feet gear was shaman gear suddenly and it was leather gear when i was ally.[ATTACH=CONFIG]88090[/ATTACH]

Tryed to relog to see if it fixed but dint work

Old name when i was ally was thorka

is there anything you guys can help me get me gear back to normal? :)
