Cant "reset all instances"

I am trying to use "reset all instances" button but its not working.

It used to work 2 days ago but now it doesnt.

Can anyone help me please

You can't reset Heroic difficulty instances with it nor raids, for Normal mode dungeons just set your dungeon difficulty to Heroic then back to Normal.

I'm trying to reset Ice Crown 10 man normal.

When I go in, Lord Marrowgar is not there.

So I tried going out to reset the instance but it did nothing.

Before it said "unbound instances : 1" or something like that, now it says nothing.

Solution ?

Icecrown Citadel is counted as raid, therefore not resetable by reset instances from this server.

But I was able to reset it before.
