Not sure if it was reported or not, but here it is.

 

Spell: Life Tap

 

Issue: The spell tooltip says the cost is 15% of the maximum health, but it consumes 29% of my health.

 

How it should work: Should consume only 15% of my health, not 29%.

 

Servers: Fun (Not sure about others).

 

Priority: 5/10 As a demo lock, I'm very afraid to use life tap in arenas when I'm oom. This needs to be fixed.

well it doesn't restore 15% of the mana so....

and the priority is not 10. i don't understant why always when someone plays a class eveything is 11/10 but bugs that exist since ever are 0/10

edit: it gives around 21-22% mana

Not talking about the mana granted. The health consumed is doubled of what it should be. Changed priority.
