Spell: Life Tap Issue: The spell tooltip says the cost is 15% of the maximum health, but it consumes 29% of my health. How it should work: Should consume only 15% of my health, not 29%. Servers: Fun (Not sure about others). Priority: 5/10 As a demo lock, I'm very afraid to use life tap in arenas when I'm oom. This needs to be fixed. Edited August 2, 2015 by Garodar

The health consumed is doubled of what it should be. Changed priority.
