Issue: It's not healing the damage you take for 4 seconds. It heals for far less. I think it's not being affected with PvP power, not sure tho, haven't tested it. Just know its healing is too low.

 

What should happen: Should heal the exact amount of damage you take over 4 seconds

 

Priority: Mages always used this in 3s, so 8/10

true , it take the damage but dont heal u for the same amount it heal u for much less priority 10/10
