Problem of nickname with other character

Hi, i have make a wizard (actually lvl 85) named Electrä, but my friends, when he try to add me in this contact list, the game add "Electra" in the contact list and no "Electrä".

Today, i have send goldens coins to Electrä with my main & other characters (Suigetsu, Nyndra, Reïna) and the goldens coins are not received.

U can use Shift + LMB on a other Character Name in the the Chat, to copy it in ur Chat. Edited August 9, 2015 by BattleOnTheRock

The game add Electra not Electrä.

He write Electrä but the game add Electra.

It is problem with alt codes. Sometimes the server don't see the difference between letters ä, a and other alt codes with a.

We haven't solution, just check, if other player have the same name, don't sent mail to chars, use traid.

Step 1: Tell your friend to come to your location;

Step 2: Have your friend target you;

Step 3: Have your friend open social tab (Default 'O');

Step 4: Have your friend click "Add Friend" this will add his current target to his friend list, that means you.
