Problems with the Client

I am attempting to log in to the client but it always resets to russian when I boot the game. The screen resolution resets and I have to agree to the terms of service on every launch, regardless of what I do to replace the wtf/config file from the one here.

Even when I bypass because I know where the accept button is, I go to enter my account login info and it tells me disconnected from server immediately. I think there is something wrong with the game file so I deleted it and redownloaded the 5.4.8 file again, torrented and tried to boot, same issue. If there is something I can do please let me know, I am almost 522 on my rogue and warrior! thinking about paying to have my warrior transferred to horde but I can't play the game!
