Ring of Peace reflect on own teammates

Priority: 10/10

 

If i'm playing with any class that has a spell for reflecting enemy spells, Ring of Peace is affected by that too. By example here on the Video:

Happens to me a lot , but you get first ''tick'' of 4 sec of silence and 5 sec disarm on enemy... Plus RoP is bugged it should only get active when someone cast spell/attack and here it's immediately after you cast it and and then start another tick which mess up your 4 sec silence and Disarm (which end up to 2-3 sec) and DRing, and sometimes you can't kick after RoP...
