Can't see the right legendary back

When i was going to buy a legendary back for warrior dps , i go to the vendor i can only see that he sells the legendary back for tank , and no back for dps .

When i bought the back for tank i reloged, get back to the vendor and see that the legendary back for dps is back .

I want to change it from tank to dps back !

Talking about bug it was server bug ,not my, that was server fault that i can't get that back
