Unbound Will don't work like a trinket

2. don't clean all control effects from the character, for example don't work during ciclone.

3. should work like http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=59752/every-man-for-himself (plus cleaning all magic effects, etc) but with 1 min cooldown.
