I don't know exactly what is wrong

for me is working like that

if i use holy shock sometimes it gives me a proc sometimes not

but if i crit with holy shock i always get a proc

the proc sometimes stacks and only one proc makes the denounce instant

It doesn't always trigger but when it does, it causes denounce to be instant all the time, even with 1 stack.

 

hard to prioritise this cause it can sometimes benefit the pala, and sometimes break him :c
