Buff stacking is back?

I went to do a few BGs and found myself with stacked buffs(such as blessing of kings + mark of the wild).

 

Is that intended?

 

What do you guys think?

nah man you only get the stats off the 2nd buff such as spell power and stam from dark intent and only crit from dalaran brilliance

or just a visual bug

Except that Blessing of Kings and Mark of the Wild should not stack(or weren't, I don't know).

 

Anyway...

 

Might just be a visual bug. I'll test later.
