Lost my pridefull weapon

Hi as i stated in the title above i lost my pridefull weapon .. I equiped fishing pole and was doing some fishing profesions and then decided to log out with my pridefull weapon in the bags. When i got back in the game it was gone, i couldnt locate it anywhere i tried searching it in mail or my bank but couldnt find it anywhere and then i open character info and saw in ilvl 500(which is my ilvl curently)/535(which is ilvl i got with my weapon) so ilvl is stating that i got weapon somewhere in bags but cant see it or equip it so its not deleted or gone just not visible to my eyes. Pls help if you can it cost a lot of cp and would send me backwards a lot. Pls respond soon THANK YOU.

The bags have a search option, click on it and type in "Prideful" it'll highlight all prideful items you have in your bag including your sword, if it doesn't I got bad news for you, also GM's can't give you item that you got in-game, only those that you buy from the shop I believe.

What should i do now when obviously server deleted my stuff .. and i have witnesses that i had that stuff i cant go back and buy another one coz its expensive af it was in my bags and when i relog the next day i couldnt find it and ofcourse i checked spelling thats the first thing i did.

it happened to me when playing fury sometimes it disappears. wait to get it in the mail at least that is what happened for me

but admins don't recover items except if you donated and you got the wrong item

don't expect someone to give it to you back

Awesome .. you loose weapon but since you didnt payed for it and they didnt profit from it they dont want to bother with it.
