Can lock 4 x Chaos Bolt in 1 cast?

When chaos bolt hits, it leaves a dot that ticks for however many seconds..

As you can see, the ticks are consistently going for about 13k which isn't anywhere near his 220k hit.

It's a dot tick, it comes from one of the books on 75lvl talent,

 

Where u play solo, without a pet. Destru way.
