Т.е. если бафф имеет в данный момент 1 или 2 заряда, я могу скастовать 4-ре или сколько угодно http://db.pandawow.me?spell=116858 с ускорением каста.

3. Ускорение каста http://db.pandawow.me?spell=116858 не должно работать если бафф http://db.pandawow.me?spell=117896 накладываемый на заклинателя имеет меньше 3-х зарядов. Прим: и так же не должно расходовать заряды, если их меньше 3-х (не ошибитесь с этим при починке, пожалуйста

This is not working yet. I don't know it this is included in the report but is basically the same issue. Chaos still consumes 1stack too much no matter if the Chaos Bolt time gets reduced or not.

 

In other words: Chaos Bolt always consumes 1 stack of Backdraft on impact

 

here one with 6 stacks

 

On live it is working. On QA this is bugged.

Back draft + Chaos Bolt interaction is working good, you can't get fast cast with 1-2 backdraft procs. Chaos bolt now consumes 3 stacks, doesn't consume 4 anymore. Incinerate + back draft is still not fixed. (still uses up proc when spell lands, not when spell is casted) - This bug with incinerate is very game breaking. https://gyazo.com/4bb5f8b5b59b0c95110789589c10dc73 In the GIF I took, I had 3 backdraft procs, used incinerate and got a fast chaos bolt cast off because incinerate doesn't remove stack instantly.
