I think I had a similar problem..

I was able to join and leave group, however when my partner queued for arenas, I was unable to join.

I left the group and tried to join bgs alone and it wouldn't work. I can't remember what message popped up, though after relogging it still didn't work.

Someone on world chat even said that it's permanent and that I'd have to delete my character, but after leaving it over 1-2 days, it ended up working for me.

In your situation, it is because you left an arena(repair?) and you had to wait ~~20 minutes, because the system were flagging you as if you were on an arena/BG, thus on 20 minutes it would automatically end(20 minutes or so).

 

 

In this dude's situation, it is becausing he's probably using a different client.

Nothing to worry about, your issue will be fixed on next server restart, which is every day at 9am Server Time :)

I had this error and i just re-logged and it got fixed :/
