Furmetal Posted September 18, 2015 Share Posted September 18, 2015 (edited) Dampening don't affect Necros Nor they should, dampening does affected Necrotic Strike(link to discussion), because it is not an absorb(even though it has a mechanic like such) or a healing, it is flagged as damage.
