Problem in "Forgot password?"

Hi, i played here long time ago, and now i decided to play again, the problem is, i remember my id and email, but not the password, so i went to the "Forgot password?" section, everything right until i clicked on send the email, it said it was rightful sent but i wasnt, i've been waiting for hours and it didnt arrive to my mailbox, so if anyone from the staff could send it to me or fix it... it'd be great...
