How it must work: it should increase your Crit, haste, mastery and spirit. Date when you tested it: 13-09-15 Realm (x100/x5/Fun): x5/x10 Priority of the problem: 6,5/10 Look at the stats on the picture's below, so you can see the difference. On the 1st picture, you can see that i have both PvP trinkets equipped: http://i.imgur.com/s5Zeug6.jpg On the 2nd picture, you can see that i have the PvE trinket equipped, only giving me mastery and spirit stat increased 7%: http://i.imgur.com/4eotdOL.jpg Additionally, i see that the item should be upgradable, which it isn't.
