I cant mount in arenas or bgs

I made a death knight called Danknight and when I que arenas or bgs for that matter it says when im mounting it says "Requires apprentince riding" and i have already learned all of the riding skills please fix

I have this problem on my DK Ashophoenix. None of my other characters are affected by it
