2. The Ram Racing Reins are not working (http://www.db.pandawow.me?item=33306) so you can't trot, canter or gallop.

3. You should be able to use the Ram Racing Reins to trot, canter or gallop and complete the quest.

1. Chug and Chuck! - http://www.db.pandawow.me?quest=12022/chug-and-chuck

2. Most of the beers are not working, nothing happens when you click on them. And if you find one working, when you throw it at the S.T.O.U.T. it doesn't count for the quest.

3. You should pick up a beer (Brewfest Sample) from the table and use it on the S.T.O.U.T. five times to complete the quest. This quest should give 10 Brewfest Prize Tokens as reward.

Tested on 19.Sep.2016. All those quests are still bugged.

All of the quests are bugged for both sides - alliance and horde .
