game wont work?

so i downloaded the full game and i try to click on 64 bit one but when i click it it gives me this message Data\enUS\locale-enUS.MPQ: Cannot stream required archive data. Please check your network connection. For more information, see: https://battle.net/support/article/6250

Inside WTF folder > wtf.config, do you have it like this?

ok im kinda getting sick of this error all i want to do is play but i cant even do that cos there is something wrong but the link you gave does not offer much advise into this problem as the only thing i can find is need remove read only flag

ok so i redownloaded the game and change the realmlist so its ment to be in english but its still in russian any ideas?
