Animations are Uber slow??

Greetings Admins & Developers , I have noticed that animations Became really Slow and Weird.... It happened few patches (Fixes) Ago.

 

Challenger Transmog Casting animation on shoulders (From druid set) Is really slow... There's barely any effect now....

Wrath began looking differently... (Same goes with Sta-surge)

 

+ Star-surge became slower .....

Jade spirit animation is pulsating slowly... ( This is how it should work

)

 

Nitro boosts fire effect is slow and delayed (same goes with astral communication And Blazing speed animation from Mage talent )

When will it be fixed?
