transfer character

1. Hello i want to transfer a character from my first account to my second one. The name of my account where there is the char is : "Lostbloud" and i want to transfer on my second account named: "Karizi42899" The character that i want to transfer is a human Hunter lvl 90 named: Cazaderraza and when i try to transfer it i dont receive the mail on my Email. I really need help. Thanks
