How it must work: You should be able to meet Wrathion within the Seat of Knowledge in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms. Date when you tested it: 08-10-15 Realm (x100/x5/Fun): Possibly all, currently 100x. Priority of the problem: 10/10 Completely useless atm.
