Description of the problem: chance on spellhit to add int is working , but amplify no it only adds 2 % mastery / suppose to add 8%mastery and 8%haste /

 

How it must work: it suppose to add 8 % haste and mastery ALL THE TIME U WEAR IT. spell effect > http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=146051/amplification

 

Date when you tested it: 16-10-15

 

Realm : 100x, fun

 

Priority of the problem: 7/10 > huge dps loss in PvE

It just doesn't amplify Haste at all. However, it does amplify Critical Damage, Spirit and Mastery by 8%. Edited October 27, 2015 by olbaa
