2. Description of the problem.

It doesnt increase the haste value and it doesnt increase the crit by 8%/6%(pvp). I tested on unholy death knight, and haste gives us both melee attack speed and rune speed regen. In this case, it only increases rune speed regen, it doesnt give haste, which would also increase melee attack speed. The mastery and spirit values seem alright, also the proc works just fine, ~10k in pvp.

3.How it must work.

- It must also increase the haste and crit values by 8%/6%(pvp)

- 15-16.10.2015

5.Realm (x100/x10/Fun).

- Fun

6.Priority of the problem.

- Since the proc works, it should be a really easy fix, adding the crit and haste stats increase to it. Fix it soon please :D
