Mount learned on x100 didnt share on the whole account

I´ve bought the Cataclysmic Gladiator's Twilight Drake (ID = 124550) and i learned it on my toom (Niluinø) on the x100 realm, usually it should share across my account like my spectral tiger but it doesnt.

 

And also i´ve sent my Blizzard bear witch is bound to account to my x100 toon but i didnt recieve the mail.

You should've checked if the mount is account-wide, not our fault.
