Description - When i pick one of the two quests ( http://www.db.pandawow.me?quest=11131/stop-the-fires http://www.db.pandawow.me?quest=12135 ) nothing happens

 

How it should work - When i pick one of the two quests up, an event should be triggered and http://www.db.pandawow.me?npc=23543 should appear.

 

Priority - 6/10

 

( those quest are needed for the achievment: http://www.db.pandawow.me?achievement=289/the-savior-of-hallows-end. Without it we can't complete it
