How it should work - The achievment (http://www.db.pandawow.me?achievement=971/tricks-and-treats-of-azeroth) should be listed as ''Completed'' when u completed the three mini achievments or w/e its called

For http://www.db.pandawow.me?achievement=971/tricks-and-treats-of-azeroth to work you need both Horde and Alli version completed.

 

Btw. I saw you are human char. How did you find the Feralas, Feathermoon pumpkin?

The Feralas bucket is in Feathermoon ruins. also located in Feralas
