Uncheking battegrounds

1. Name of not working spell/quest/npc etc

It's the uncheck bgs feature

2. Description of the problem. Even when the bg(s) are unchecked you may join those battlegrounds.

3.How it must work. When unchecked you the queue should not pop for BG's that are not checked.

4.Date when you tested it. 20/10/2015 (DD/MM/YYYY)

5.Realm (x100/x5/Fun), on which you have found the bug. Pandawow Fun, Crossrealm (?).

6.Priority of the problem. (1-10) 6
