i change to horde and lost my 550 boots

hello i change to my Fiseor char yestoday to horde when i finshed make it on horde char i logged on and i lost my 550 boots and got a mail with a other pair off 550 boots but they are 550 boots for shaman and i am a druid and i was worried would i beable to get it back cause i worked hard for them boots iv got a screenshot of the mail http://prntscr.com/8uh4rm thanks i hope u can help me. have nice day and thank you :)
