you can use character repair from the website

[Furmetal]

You can either leave the BG or follow the steps below:

 

1. Go to control panel.

 

2. Select your realm.

 

3. Go to repair character.

 

4. Choose the character that is bugged.

 

5. Choose "fix another errors with character".

 

Note that this can fix other problems too and you need to be logged out of the game.
