Account wide mounts not working

So I recently purchased this mount... And all of my mounts are on all of my characters but for some odd reason this mount will not go to my other characters I spent a lot of time doing this and some help would be appreciated thank you

Not all mounts are account shared. If you bought a mount and it isn't shared, then it is your fault, you should have checked if it is account-wide. In this case no refunds will be given.

 

You can check it on a database website, such as wowhead.
