You just have lack of proffs for the topic and keep saying the same again and again, there is no official WoW info saying that the mechanic work how u specify, ur bug report is wrong and not-proven.

Its funny to see that u can't bring any real proff for the "bug" report. Just talk and talk.

 

Everyone complains about Monk heal orb spam, and this is how blizard make it, there is nothing to change. Same with Rain of fire.
