Change char to horde and lost my 550 boots and got replaced with 550 shamas boots

3.i change my char Fiseor from ally to horde when i logged back on after change to horde my 550 and 522 boots was gone i look all over my bag couldnt find them and i got a mail from the game saying one of my items was error and it give me in the mail 522 and 550 shaman boots what i can't because i am a druid

ik there not much proof there cause i cant hover and take a screenshot for some reason and i cant take a screenshot of the mail because its not in my mail box no more and thank for you help and i hope you can sort it out for me.
