How it should work - Should get the proc anyway. Priority - 6.3/10 Comments - Thanks to Weegee for pointing this out. Priority - 6.3/10 I don't know, nobody cares about priority, its more of a cortesy, they determine their own priority and fix the bugs according to their difficult(deduction).
