You cant buy the saddle , Try using the NPC for fixing achievements in-game and tell us did it work.

Deielrion Posted November 5, 2015 Posted November 5, 2015 Dalaran, behind the npc which sells Cold Winter Flying etc. There should be a Kirin'Tor Human Mage by a bench/mailbox.
