Его уже давно убрали, так как игроки могли покупать вещи без нужного рейтинга за РБГ.

 

Например для покупки Replica Grand Marshal's Claymore - нужно иметь рейтинг на РБГ от 1.8+

Меч же можно было купить, ни разу не посетив РБГ.
