Description of the problem- It says requires level 65 because russians QQ about me being level 60 with the trinket even though you can get it on level 60 on retail. 3. How it must work- Anyone 58+ should be able to use this trinket check comments on the link i posted in number 1 if you do not believe me. 4.Date when tested-19/11/2015 5.Realm- x100 6. Priority of the problem- 6/10 Because theres not really any other good level 60 DPS trinkets out their and theese are BiS which I go for and most people imo.
