My character disappeared!!

Hello guys, I 'm from Brazil so sorry if I said something wrong.

 

I came back to play after four weeks, and when I enter in my account , I see that my main character disappeared , I entered the PandaWoW the website , and tried to restore my character , but the nick of it is not there , I have not lent my account for anyone, let not anyone come in, I play usually even spent real money on her , if I lose this account I will never play PandaWoW , because I spent a lot of time, money to stay strong until I come and my character fades away. Please help me !, below are the details :

 

Nickname: Bruxios

Server: PandaWoW-Fun

Faction: Horde

Race: Blood Elf

Gender: Male

Class: Death Knight

 

Account username: ROOMLOCK

Game client: 5.4.8

 

 

Please help me reset my account , I spent real money, took my time and got up at dawn leaving it strong . Please return my account!

Greetings Kaz! If you cant restore your character from the "Deleted Characters" option on the Pandawow Website, it may have been Sold and then after it Re-named which is most likely to happen. GM's / Admins can check the IP's which were logged on your account meanwhile you were gone. A lot of players do the same you are doing , they spend money on the game and play a lot but that doesn't give them nor gives you any advantage when it comes to account sharing. If you have shared your account with someone , PandaWoW Has nothing to do what ever happens to your account in the future after you have Shared it whether it being your character got deleted / sold or you end up getting scammed. I hope that you can get your Character back in case you did actually get "Hacked"

But I have not used any cheating program , never shared my account with anyone, I play fair . Why did this have to happen to me ? I want my character back , I lost a lot of time making it stronger and spent a lot of money too, because I would be Hacked ? I never did harm to anyone !

i never coming back to play this WoW, I 'm not satisfied with the customer service, was for you to solve my problem and say that my account was hacked , after all, what kind of support and that ?, you may only be kidding me !

Out of curiosity, have you checked the "Deleted Characters" on the website?

I think you need to calm down, bro. I'm not saying you shared your account but i doubt anyone here have the brain capacity to actually hack someone, they might just have randomly figured out your username and password, I'm sure if you give the staff members a little time to check the IPs while you were gone like Weegee said and so on they'll be able to figure out what happened to your character.

Okay , I hope, since I get my character back. Why my friends are playing , today they will attack the ally with 3 guilds, and I will not be able to participate because of this bullshit !, I am waiting : D

If this question was for me i wanna let you know I'm not a staff member and can't help you, but otherwise, unfortunately these types of problems seem to take pretty long time to fix, since lack of staff members that are able to solve it and the problem itself can be difficult to handle, if you want, meanwhile they are trying to fix this, i could help you gear a new character, I'm pretty experienced with ret :)

Unfortunately, technical support cannot fix this kind of issue, you will have to wait for an higher priority staff member, to look into your account-IP's and usage on it.

 

Be patient.

 

If you're playing on 100x, if you can't get your DK back. I'll be able to get it back to you.

If you "Sue" PandaWoW nothing will actually happen since you weren't forced to Pay with the REAL MONEY , it was your own choice...

We don't know how long will it take since this is not an easy problem to fix. Maybe a couple of days until GM See's this and then takes action of it... So please be patient...
