All of them are spawning.

 

They don't have spells though.

i have never seen http://www.db.pandawow.me?npc=69996. and i asked in english a lot of ppl said that they are not in isle of thunder thats why i made report :)

He is there, though he's stationary(doesn't move).

Respawn timers are broken AF, praying and hoping that an ELITE would spawn at the same time praying some opposite faction player doesnt attack you while youre trying to down a 10 mil npc and ALL of that in hoping you will get green fire starter.

 

Seems pretty stupid and lame to me, it needs fixing. Bump.
