Race change glitch

Hello.. I changed my race through control panel. When I log in the option is there but once I complete it - it just goes back to the way it was and I can still change race. It won't save the changes, it just resets. Help me please and thanks

try this: login using your character which you want to change. and move a bit and then logout directly. right after logout change what you wish. it should save
