My problem is that I used to have Crown Of Eternal Winter on my char but after I uninstalled the game (because I needed to study) and installed it again I don't have it anymore, I want please the Crown Of Eternal Winter back please I don't want the points I just want the item back I hope some GM could help, and if you need the screenshot proving that i used to have the item i can send.
