Character that should be transfered: Steakmike (previous nicks of the same char: Dashstorm, Prollimix)

 

 

TLDR: Transfer Steakmike from vandermey2 to panetonny. (The 200 Bonuses cost was already paid and debited from vandermey2 account, altho the email with instructions never comes. I've opened ticket for help and it told me to make a thread on the forum)

Hello! Yes I did.. So far nothing received, thats why I had to do the thread ;-;

 

@Edit: Re-check twice just right now and nothing yet.. There is nothing pandawow char-transfer related in any folder of the email.

So.. Its been 8 days since your last reply to the topic, I think its more than enough time to check logs right?

 

Can you please fix that problem.. Its taking more than should and mike (vandermey2) paid for it with real money.

 

Thank you anyways and sorry for any troubles I'm causing.. (It was intended to be my xmas gift and its 12/20 already.. It should take no longer than 1-2 hours to check logs in 2 accounts)
