Rushing streams [Incorrect Healing]

Description of the problem: The additional healing is 2% lower.

 

How it must work: It should heal 15% correctly.

 

Date when you tested it: 12-18-15

 

Realm (x100/x5/Fun): 100x, probably xfun.

 

Priority of the problem: 4/10

 

Example given;

 

Without the talent I recieved 19177 Healing ( Non crit ) Picture; http://i.imgur.com/hKOonKi.jpg

With the talent I recieved 22054 Healing ( Non crit ) Picture; http://i.imgur.com/veVqWNs.jpg

 

15% of 22054 is 3308, 3308+19177=22485, and in the pictures I received a bit reduced healing than normal.

 

Right now in Pandawow it's healing 13.0456% of 22054 which is 2877, leading to 19177+2877=22054 ( That's the closest I could get ) Basically, in Pandawow the "additional" healing is 13% and not 15%

 

I might be wrong with this calculation, if you find the right one, Tell. ( This calculation can be done the other way than the total healing with talent )

15% of 22054 is 3308, 3308+19177=22485

should be 15% of 19177, so:

 

19177*0,15+19177 = 22053

With the talent I recieved 22054 Healing
