Name of not working spell/quest/npc etc: http://www.db.pandawow.me?quest=28096/welcome-to-the-machine Description of the problem: Once you've accepted the quest, you should be able to get on the steed and it'll leed you the way. How it must work: You should be able to mount the skeleton steed. Date when you tested it: 1-20-16 Realm (x100/x5/Fun): x100. Priority of the problem: 10/10, the quest is completely useless.
