my opinion of this tourney would be:

1.Ban the winners from the last tourney FOR ONLY 1 TOURNAMENT

2.And so on...for example me winning a tournament and i get 1st place i should not participate on the next tourney ONLY FOR ONE TOURNAMENT

this would be better since it would be really stupid and annoying to see the same people winning the tournaments over and over again.And you might get more teams like that.
