Unfortunately, raid modes below pre-MoP content isn't exactly correct.

For Icecrown Citadel, 10 man = 25hc (2 bosses gives 10n loot - Deathbringer Saurfang, Valithria Dreamwalker). 10 heroic = 10 heroic (if you can even enter, only a few people can). 25 man = 25 man. 25 heroic = 25 heroic. There is no 10 man version.

It's a similar idea for many other raids.
